At GHUTRAH we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. Below you’ll find our guidelines for returns and exchanges.


Responsibility for Shipping

All return and exchange postage costs are to be covered by the customer. Please note, shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.


How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us – Contact ghutrahco@gmail.com within 14 days to request a return or exchange.

  2. Receive Confirmation – Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address details.

  3. Send Your Item – Dispatch your parcel within 3 days of approval to ensure it remains valid.

  4. Provide Proof – Email us a photo of your postage receipt to confirm your return has been sent.

  5. Include Your Slip – Please place the packing slip inside the parcel so we can process it quickly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch straight away at with photos attached. We’ll prioritise resolving this for you.
