At GHUTRAH we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. Below you'll find our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Responsibility for Shipping

All return and exchange postage costs are to be covered by the customer. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us — Contact ghutrahco@gmail.com within 14 days.
  2. Receive Confirmation — Once approved, we'll share return address details.
  3. Send Your Item — Dispatch within 3 days of approval.
  4. Provide Proof — Email a photo of your postage receipt.
  5. Include Your Slip — Place the packing slip inside the parcel.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged or faulty item, contact ghutrahco@gmail.com immediately with photos. We'll prioritise resolving this for you.
